At BARK Air, we want you and your canine companion to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn fashion and travel accessories. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all dog hair is removed and tags are intact to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
